Sports betting sites in the Philippines

Step 1: use PAGCOR's own sports betting list

PAGCOR Guarantee lists authorised online gaming websites and can be filtered by category, including Sports Betting. PAGCOR also publishes registered brands and domains (our copy of the 491 domains, dated 20 Oct 2026). Sportsbook brands appear in the gaming system administrator list with "Sports Betting" in their game offering. We have not tested any sportsbook, so we publish no rankings, odds comparisons or bonuses.

PAGCOR-listed brands that print "Sports Betting"

These brands list Sports Betting in their game offering on PAGCOR's accredited administrator list (20 Oct 2026). Alphabetical; not tested or ranked by us. The table is not complete: some rows of PAGCOR's list are not in our data yet (missing so far: FUNaloMAX, Fairplay, PanaloPlay, Okada Online's administrator-list entry), and ArenaPlus is left out because it appears in three rows whose printed offerings differ, so we show no game claim for it. What the list tells us about sportsbooks

Of the 60 brands mapped so far in our dataset from PAGCOR's lists, 35 print Sports Betting in their game offering. Only 3 of them print nothing else (GameX, Lucky Taya, MegaSportsWorld / MSW); the rest print Sports Betting alongside casino, bingo or other games. The list says nothing about which leagues a brand covers, so PBA and NBA availability has to be confirmed inside the operator's own site.

What to compare once a sportsbook is verified

We have not tested any sportsbook, so we cannot say which is better. These are the points worth comparing yourself, using the operator's published rules rather than an ad:

• Markets for your league: whether PBA games are offered at all, and whether the markets you want (spread, moneyline, totals, player props) are open before tip-off.
• The margin: convert both sides' odds to implied probability; if they add to well over 100%, the difference is the bookmaker's built-in margin (how to calculate it).
• Settlement rules: whether totals and spreads include overtime, what happens to a bet on a postponed game and when a bet is voided.
• Limits and cash-out: minimum and maximum stake and whether early cash-out exists, read from the rules page and dated by you.
• Cashier and verification: accepted deposit and withdrawal methods and the KYC steps, shown after you register (what to expect).
• Player-protection tools: deposit limits, time-outs and a visible link to self-exclusion (PAGCOR self-exclusion).

What the bookmaker's margin costs you

Every price includes a margin, so the break-even win rate is always higher than it looks. Break-even = 1 ÷ decimal odds:

A typical spread or total priced 1.91 on both sides implies 52.4% + 52.4% = 104.7%; the extra 4.7 points are the margin. Invented example: 100 bets of ₱100 at 1.91 that win exactly half return ₱9,550 on ₱10,000 staked, a ₱450 loss without any bad luck. Sportsbook promotions and PAGCOR's caps

PAGCOR's memorandum of 7 May 2026 caps cash rebates on sports betting at 1.50% of turnover or deposits, and each programme needs PAGCOR approval first (the memo). A licensed sportsbook offering a much larger "rebate" is a warning sign. Free bets and deposit bonuses carry wagering terms, sometimes with a minimum price for a bet to count; how to read them. Step 2: check the exact address

Paste the address into our licence checker, then confirm on PAGCOR Guarantee. Look-alike addresses are common. A brand name in the table above is not enough: only the exact registered addresses count, and they change between PAGCOR editions (what changed).

Step 3: learn the markets

• How to read PBA and NBA odds
• Point spread, moneyline, over/under
• Implied probability and the margin
• Is PBA and NBA betting legal?

Red flags

• Livestream "betting rooms" on Facebook; PAGCOR warned in July 2025 that these are likely illegal.
• Agents asking you to pay a personal account, or any "fee" to withdraw (scam signs).
• Guaranteed-win tips and "insider" picks.

Payments and ID

Expect ID verification before depositing (KYC), and check payment options in the cashier; see GCash and Maya: what changed and which listed brands mention them, bank transfer, InstaPay and QR Ph, wallet limits and how long withdrawals take.

Who may bet

Only people 21 and older. PAGCOR's code also restricts students, some government officials and AFP and PNP members, and a CSC resolution reported in April 2026 bars government workers from all gambling (who can play).
