What PAGCOR prints for OKBet

Row 13 of the accredited gaming system administrator list lists Gavin Ventures Inc. (GVI) with the main brand OKBet and the main domain okbet.com. Six sub-brands share the row: OKFun, OKPlay, OKGames, OKDunk, OKCards and OKPisoluck, each with its own domain (for example okfun.ph, okplay.ph, okgames.ph, okdunk.ph, okcards.ph and okpisoluck.ph). The un-asterisked game offering is Sports Betting, Electronic Casino Games, Electronic Bingo Games, Specialty Games and Numeric Games; Traditional Bingo Games and Online Poker Games carry an asterisk that the PDF text does not explain.

The addresses to know

The okbet-named addresses on the list are okbet.com, okbet.net, okbet.one, okbet.game, okbet.help, okbet.link and ok-web.okbet.com, plus a chat-style address, okapp.chat, listed as an additional URL. If a link sent to you ends differently (for example okbet.vip or okbet.app), it is not on the list we read. See the full set with the other brands on the addresses per brand page.

What changed since March 2025

Of the seven okbet-named addresses on the 20 October 2026 list (the six plain okbet addresses above plus ok-web.okbet.com), six were already on PAGCOR's March 2025 list; only ok-web.okbet.com was added and none was dropped, so this brand's address set was stable while the list as a whole lost about 210 domains and gained about 326 (comparison). That says nothing about how the operator treats players.

If you came for the sports side

OKBet is searched alongside NBA and PBA odds. Start with how to read the lines (odds guide) and check any sportsbook address the same way as here (betting sites). The "OKBet account under review" problem some players describe is not something PAGCOR's list can explain; see why withdrawals get stuck and, if a licensed operator does not respond, the PAGCOR complaint route.

The iPhone listings (checked 28 October 2026)

Apple's public lookup service for the Philippine store returns two apps from the same seller, Gavin Ventures, Inc., the company PAGCOR prints for this entry, both with okbet.com as the website link: "OKBet™ - Bingo Casino Slots" (listing, first released 7 March 2022, version 2.0.95, updated 26 October 2026) and "OKGames™ - Bingo Casino Slots" (listing, first released 20 October 2023, same version). Two app names under one brand family is worth knowing: a search for "OKBet" in the store can show both. The descriptions are marketing copy (colour game, sports, slots, celebrity endorsements); we repeat none of their claims, and the seller's wording is not our finding. Apple lists gambling and simulated-gambling advisories, and its age rating is below the Philippine minimum of 21. We did not install either app, and listings change, so check them yourself.
