NuSTAR Online licence check, app and login (PAGCOR listing)

Licence check only, not a review. We have not tested NuSTAR Online.

Two NuSTAR entries, two lists

Players say "NuSTAR" for two separate entries on PAGCOR's lists. NuSTAR Online is row 43 of the accredited gaming system administrator list: company Premier Online Digital Entertainment Corporation (PODEC), main domain nustargame.ph, with nustargame.com, nustargame.com.ph and nustaronline.vip also printed. Its offering has one of the broadest spreads of any single brand we read: Traditional Bingo, Electronic Bingo, Electronic Casino Games, Sports Betting, Specialty Games and Numeric Games, none carrying an asterisk. Casino Maxx (casinomaxx.ph) is a different entry on the licensed-casinos list for Universal Hotels and Resorts, Inc., doing business as NuSTAR Resort & Casino, printed with Live Gaming Tables. Check which one you mean before comparing anything.

What changed since March 2025

Five nustar-named domains were on the March 2025 list; four are on the October 2026 list, and all four are carried over. One address was dropped, so an old nustar link you saved may no longer be registered (how the list changed).

Searches this page cannot answer

"NuSTAR withdrawal pending on Maya" and "nustar login app apk" are common queries. Our page cannot confirm payment methods or app availability. For stuck withdrawals use the nine-reason checklist; for APK files, read the APK warning and open the app only from the registered website.

The iPhone app listing (checked 27 October 2026)

An app named "NUSTAR-Slots Casino Games" appears on the Philippine App Store (listing) with Premier Online Digital Entertainment Corporation as seller, the company named for the main entry on PAGCOR's list. The listing description calls the app "PAGCOR Licensed"; that is the seller's wording, not our finding. The listing shows no website link, and its privacy-policy link points to a different domain (privacy.dabet666.ph) that is not among the 491 addresses we extracted from PAGCOR's lists. A privacy-policy page can sit on any host, so this alone proves nothing, but it is the kind of detail to notice. Apple's 18+ rating is Apple's own category; the legal minimum for online gaming in the Philippines is 21. We did not install the app, and listings change, so check it yourself. On 28 October 2026 the same store also listed a different app, "NUSTAR Rewards" (listing), sold by Universal Hotels and Resorts, Inc. (the company PAGCOR prints for the separate Casino Maxx entry, "NuSTAR Resort & Casino"), described as a hotel, mall, dining and casino-amenity rewards app. It is not the online casino app and has a different seller; do not confuse the two.

What the home page markup says about games (28 October 2026)

When we read nustargame.ph, two of its FAQ answers (in the page source, written for search engines) say NuSTAR offers "e-Sabong" alongside slots, live dealer games and sports betting. That does not match PAGCOR's printed offering for the NuSTAR entries (the list prints no e-sabong), and online sabong is suspended nationwide (why). We neither promote nor link it. The same markup repeats near-identical sentences used on another brand's page, so it may be shared copy. For games, trust the categories PAGCOR prints; treat everything else on that page, including payment lines, as the brand's unverified marketing.
