Why is my casino withdrawal pending? 9 reasons and what to do (Philippines)

Withdrawal pending or delayed at a PAGCOR-listed casino? Nine common reasons, a checklist, e-wallet and bank transfer limits, and when to complain.

On this page (8 sections)

A pending withdrawal is stressful, but most causes are routine. This guide lists them in the order worth checking. You must be 21+ to gamble. We do not publish payout times for any operator.

9 common reasons

  1. KYC not finished. PAGCOR said in February 2026 that initial KYC must come before depositing; extra checks can still appear at withdrawal (KYC, pending or rejected).
  2. Bonus turnover not met. An active bonus can lock withdrawals until you have placed enough bets (turnover; work out how much is left with the turnover calculator).
  3. Name mismatch between your account and the e-wallet or bank receiving the money.
  4. Payment method limits or changes. Since August 2025 GCash and Maya removed in-app gambling links ; check which methods the cashier supports now (GCash and Maya: what changed and which brands mention them).
  5. Daily or per-transaction limits or a minimum withdrawal amount in the cashier, or your own wallet's limit: an unverified Basic GCash can receive only PHP 5,000 a month (GCash and Maya wallet limits).
  6. Internal review or a risk check on your account or transaction.
  7. Payment-provider checks or maintenance outside the operator's control.
  8. Details entered wrongly (wallet number, bank account).
  9. Not the real site. If you are on a look-alike address or an app from a chat, the "pending" may be a scam (scam signs).

Checklist

  • Confirm you are on the registered address (checker, PAGCOR Guarantee).
  • Read the withdrawal status message in the app and the cashier terms; note the time you requested.
  • Finish KYC and check your turnover balance if the app shows one.
  • Check the wallet number and name.
  • Contact the operator's official support in the app; keep screenshots and reference numbers.
  • Never pay a "fee", "tax" or "unlock deposit" to release funds. That is a scam sign.

Before you deposit

  1. Verify the site on PAGCOR's lists (how to check).
  2. Complete KYC. PAGCOR said in February 2026 that registrants must submit initial KYC (name, contact information, valid government ID and a real-time selfie with the ID) before depositing (KYC).
  3. Use the operator's own cashier. Never send money to a personal account or an "agent".
  4. Read bonus terms. Turnover and caps decide whether you can withdraw (turnover, rebate caps).
  5. Set a deposit limit (help).

How long should a withdrawal take?

We do not publish payout times for any operator: we have not tested them, and an operator's own figure can change. What we can explain is what the time is made of, so you can tell which part is slow.

  1. The operator's approval. KYC, bonus turnover and risk checks come first, and nothing moves until the operator releases the payout. This is where most of the waiting happens, and it is entirely the operator's process.
  2. The payment rail. Once released, the BSP's InstaPay fact sheet says an InstaPay transfer arrives almost immediately, 24/7, up to PHP 50,000 per transaction, while PESONet clears in batches on banking days, arriving the same banking day if sent before the cut-off. A payout over PHP 50,000, or one sent by PESONet on a Friday night or a holiday, can therefore take until the next banking day.
  3. Your wallet or bank. If the receiving wallet has reached its monthly limit, it cannot take more until the limit resets or you verify or upgrade (wallet limits). For bank-to-wallet transfers hit by a system interruption, Maya says crediting happens within three banking days while the bank and Maya reconcile (Maya).

So: if the cashier still says "pending" or "processing", the delay is at step 1 and the operator is the one to ask. If the operator shows the payout as sent and gives a reference number, the delay is at step 2 or 3, and your bank or wallet's support can trace it with that reference. Measure any delay against the processing time the operator states in its own terms, and screenshot that statement with the date.

E-wallets after August 2025

The BSP ordered e-wallets to remove in-app gambling links on 14 August 2025, and GCash and Maya complied (what changed). A draft BSP proposal would add a separate gambling account; we could not confirm it is in force (OGTA draft). Beware fake GCash pages (QR scams). Withdrawing to a bank? InstaPay transfers are capped at PHP 50,000 each and PESONet moves only on banking days, per the BSP (bank transfer and InstaPay). Winnings tax: jackpot prizes face withholding tax per a BIR circular (BIR tax).

"Fast withdrawal" and "minimum deposit" claims

Lists often advertise "instant withdrawal" or "₱50 minimum deposit". We publish neither for any operator because we have not tested payouts and any number would go stale. Read the cashier for minimum deposit, minimum withdrawal, fees, daily limits and stated processing time, note the date, and finish KYC first. Treat "instant payout guaranteed", "no KYC", withdrawal "fees" and withdrawals only to a personal e-wallet number as red flags (scam signs).

Brand pages

Each PAGCOR-listed brand has a licence-check page in the brand directory. We have not verified any operator's withdrawal times. One operator's announced compensation for slow withdrawals is covered separately as news (BingoPlus delay compensation: what is known); it is untested.

If it is still unresolved

Complain to the operator first, then use PAGCOR's helpdesk for licensed operators (how to file a PAGCOR complaint). If the site is not on PAGCOR's lists, report it to Hotline 1326. Gambling can be addictive. Know when to stop; free 24/7 help: 02-8248-9568.

Frequently asked questions

Why is my withdrawal pending?

Common causes are incomplete KYC, unmet bonus turnover, a name mismatch between your account and wallet or bank, an internal review, payment-provider checks or a method that is no longer supported. The operator's message and terms usually say which.

How long should a casino withdrawal take?

It depends on the operator's approval first, then the payment rail: the BSP says InstaPay arrives almost immediately up to PHP 50,000 per transaction, while PESONet moves only on banking days. We publish no operator times because we have not tested them; read the cashier's stated processing time and note when you requested.

Which online casino has the fastest withdrawal in the Philippines?

We cannot name one: we have not tested payouts and publish no payout times. Check each operator's cashier terms and expect KYC and turnover to affect timing.

What is the minimum deposit at online casinos?

It differs by operator and payment method and changes often; read it in the cashier. We list none because we have not verified them.

Can I still use GCash or Maya?

Since August 2025 GCash and Maya removed in-app links to online gambling under a BSP order. What a given casino accepts now is shown in its cashier.

Is there compensation for delayed withdrawals?

We found no general rule that requires it. Compensation exists only where an operator's own terms offer it; one operator's announced scheme is covered in our news section, untested. Check the cashier terms, and complain to the operator, then PAGCOR, if a payout stays stuck.
