Solaire Online licence check, app and login (PAGCOR listing)

Verdict

Solaire Online is the online brand of Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels, Inc., the company PAGCOR prints for Solaire Resorts and Casino. PAGCOR prints the same company on its accredited administrator list for a second online brand, FUNaloMAX. We have not tested either, so this is a licence check, not a review, and we do not say which is better.

Note what the table implies for a reader: sports betting and bingo are printed for the FUNaloMAX entry, not for the Solaire Online entry, and a search for "Solaire" will not surface the FUNaloMAX addresses at all. How the two relate: company statements

According to AGBrief (16 July 2026), FUNaloMAX is Bloomberry's in-house online platform and replaces MegaFUNalo, which soft-launched in June 2025 and shut down on 1 May 2026 after technical problems linked to its previous third-party technology provider; the report says the group spent about PHP1.9 billion on MegaFUNalo's initial rollout (AGBrief). It describes Solaire Online as tied to the physical casino's inventory and FUNaloMAX as a pure online offering aimed at younger, mobile-first players, and quotes the company calling its environment "strictly licensed, PAGCOR-regulated". Those are the company's descriptions, reported by a trade outlet; we have not checked them beyond the PAGCOR entries above. The same article notes Bloomberry's weak first quarter of 2026 (a PHP125 million net loss), which is company financial context and not a statement about player safety.

For a player this means a name can change: a brand you saw advertised in 2025 may no longer exist, and a new brand can appear under the same company. Check the exact address of whatever you use against PAGCOR's current list (checker) instead of relying on a brand name remembered from an ad.

Addresses and apps

Five addresses are registered across the two entries (solaireonline.com, funalomax.com, pesomaxfun.com, lovefun.com, onlyfun.ph). On 28 October 2026 we searched Apple's public lookup service for the Philippine store. It lists "FUNaloMAX: Casino & Slots" (listing) with the seller Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels Incorporated, the company PAGCOR prints for both entries, first released on 29 July 2026 and last updated on 21 August 2026 (version 1.0.8), with no website link shown. Its description calls the app "A Product of Solaire", says it operates "fully under the regulatory framework" of PAGCOR, mentions live dealer tables and names Maya and DragonPay as payment routes; those are the seller's statements, not our findings, and the payment line is untested (see what Maya switched off). A search for "Solaire Online" returned no app of that name, so we say nothing about an app for the Solaire Online entry itself. We did not install anything. If you install an app, check that the seller is Bloomberry and that its website matches an address above, and never use links from chats or ads (fake sites, APK scams).

What we have not checked

We have not opened accounts, so payment methods, minimum deposit, payout times, bonuses and support are unknown to us; since August 2025 GCash and Maya no longer link to gambling sites (details).
