Casino referral codes and promo codes in the Philippines: what they are and the risks

Searches such as "referral code" and "promo code" often come from players who were told a code gives extra credit. This page explains the idea and the risks. You must be 21+ to gamble. We do not list codes: we have not verified any on an operator's official site.

What the terms mean

• Referral code or link: credits the person who invited you, and sometimes both of you, according to the operator's own terms.

Rules that apply

PAGCOR's memorandum of 7 May 2026 caps cash rebates at 1.50% of turnover or deposits (slots, e-bingo, numeric games, sports betting) and cashback at 15% of net losses, and requires prior approval of programmes (details). A "code" that promises far more than these rates on a PAGCOR-listed site conflicts with the reported rule.

Code scams to avoid

• Codes shared in Facebook groups, Telegram or livestreams, often with an APK (APK warning).
• "Pay a fee to activate your code" or to withdraw (scam signs).
• Sites that are not on PAGCOR's lists (check an address).
• Influencer codes (influencer promos).
