BingoPlus and ArenaPlus licence check, app and login (PAGCOR listing)

BingoPlus: row 1

Row 1 of the accredited administrator list names AB Leisure Exponent, Inc. (ABLE); its main brand is BingoPlus with main domain bingoplus.ph, and the printed offering is Traditional Bingo Games. The row registers sub-brands BingoPlus Poker, PeryaPlus, SpinPlus and SlotPlus, with addresses such as bingoplus.com, bingoplus.net, bingoplus.online, peryaplus.net, spinplusph.com and slotplus.ph. Thirteen bingoplus-named addresses on the March 2025 list are still listed in October 2026, and two more (for example bingoplus.site and bingoplusios3.com) were added. The 20 October edition also adds two non-bingoplus names to this row, vplus-ai.xyz and vplus-mx.net, which were not on the 8 October edition.

ArenaPlus: three rows

ArenaPlus-named addresses are spread across the list: arenaplus.ph is a sub-domain in the Gamemaster Integrated, Inc. (GII) row and the Total Gamezone Xtreme Incorporated (TGXI) row, where "Arena Plus" is a listed sub-brand, while arenaplus.net and the arenapluspro addresses are additional URLs in both the ABLE and GII rows and arenaplus.com.ph is an additional URL under TGXI. PAGCOR's PDF therefore does not tell us which administrator runs a given ArenaPlus address, and we do not guess. In March 2025 the list carried 16 further ArenaPlus-named domains (for example arenaplus.asia, .fun, .info, .site and arenaplusvip.ph) that are not on the new list, a reminder that old links go stale (diff). Trade press describes ArenaPlus as the NBA's first official betting partner in the Philippines, a company claim (news, PBA).

Delay compensation (company feature)

Philstar reported on 24 October 2026 that BingoPlus introduced a "delay compensation guarantee": if an eligible fast withdrawal takes longer than its processing time, the customer can claim 100% of the withdrawal amount, capped at P5,000 per transaction, subject to eligibility and terms, with processing times depending on payment method and VIP level (Philstar). We have not tested it; what the announcement says and leaves out. If a withdrawal is slow regardless, see the checklist.

The ArenaPlus iPhone listing (checked 27 October 2026)

The Philippine App Store lists "ArenaPlus: Live Sports Betting" (listing) with AB Leisure Exponent, Inc. as seller and arenaplus.ph as its developer website, which matches one of the three PAGCOR rows that carry ArenaPlus addresses (see above). That fits, but it does not settle which administrator operates the sportsbook, and the listing's "#1 PAGCOR-licensed" line is a marketing claim we cannot verify. A second search on 28 October 2026 (Apple's public lookup service for the Philippine store) found a listing named "BingoPlus：Bingo Tongits & Slot" (listing) whose seller is also AB Leisure Exponent, Inc., with bingoplus.ph as the website link, first released 30 March 2022 and last updated 22 October 2026 (version 5.3.36). Apple's advisory tags include gambling and simulated gambling. The description says BingoPlus is "the legal bingo platform licensed by PAGCOR" and "the official bingo partner of PBA", which are the seller's statements we have not verified, and it advertises a welcome bonus and jackpots that we do not repeat. The earlier version of this page said no BingoPlus listing was found; that was wrong and is corrected here. Check the listing yourself before installing; Apple's 18+ rating is not the Philippine age rule (21).
