JILI's line: accumulate winning symbols to unlock the board; "the maximum disk expansion is 15,625 ways"; and the free game upgrades with winning symbols. The lines field reads 729~15625 ways.
Those two numbers fit a six-reel board that grows from three to five rows: 3 to the power of 6 is 729 and 5 to the power of 6 is 15,625 (our arithmetic; JILI does not state the reel count). Read that way, each win collected opens more rows and more ways, up to about 21 times the starting count.
What it does not tell you
The page does not say how many winning symbols open each row, whether the board resets after each spin or carries over, or what "upgrades" means in the free game. Those decide how the game feels and are in the paytable. A growing board is a way of delivering the game's fixed return, not an extra edge for the player.
